Some suggestions to kick start this week with radiant health:
- Drink 3L of water per day
- Go to your bookstore and buy an exciting book on health/nutrition/fitness
- Do an activity this week that inspires you and makes you happy
- Drink green tea every day this week
- Eat 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day
- Take your Health Pac 100, BiOmega, OptOmega and Proflavanol 90 each day
- Enjoy your sense self-preserving skincare each day (so healthy for you!)
- Detox your house from chemical cleaning products and replace with healthy green options
- Detox your kitchen from white flours and refined sugars
- Spend at least 20 minutes outside each day (take a walk each day)
- Optimal health requires: air, water, sun & light. Are you missing any?
